The scope of this review covers the significant management actions and management decisions of these executive level bank groups and individuals particularly during the times preceding and during the banks’ financial collapse. This process involves documenting the critical and apparently failure-contributing decisions as compared with then-current bank loan policy as well as state and federal banking rules and regulations and against general good-governance guidelines such as the duty of care and the duty of loyalty.

David’s commercial loan workout experience spans both the RTC days as well as the more recent banking crisis.
