Steven Edmiston - Commercial Banking, Lending and Development

Steven Edmiston has over 32 years of experience related to commercial banking, real estate lending, real estate development, marketing and portfolio servicing. Mr. Edmiston’s banking experience includes serving as a project finance regional manager for Wells Fargo/First Security Bank and M&T Bank in five western states. His lending experience focused primarily on real estate land acquisition and development, construction credit lines for vertical construction and the servicing of these credit facilities.

Mr. Edmiston has bank resolution expertise in foreclosed assets and non-performing loans, securitization agreements, letters of credit, revolving lines of credit, unfunded commitments, collections, loan workouts and recovery, foreclosed assets, loan file review, collateral valuation, bank documentation and quality control. Most recently, he was involved in successfully working out and disposing of a commercial real estate loan portfolio for Washington Trust Bank in the Phoenix metro area.

He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Arizona since 1980.
